По Alt-F9 устанавливаю параметры печати:
Нумерация страниц - да
Номер первой страницы - 1

Но при печати на первой странице номер вообще не ставится, на второй и далее нумеруется правильно, начиная с 2 и т.д.
Как печатать номер и на первой странице тоже? Может, есть настройка типа номер на первой странице да/нет?

Такой настройки нет и нумерация 1-ой страницы не предусмотрена программо
